As the former Director of Operations, Chris expanded Copeland’s restaurants from $32M to $150M in revenue and raised EBITDA at Taste Buds Management, as CEO, from 8% to 15% in three years by implementing operational best practices, Lean principles, and Six Sigma. Known for his servant-leadership style, Chris has mentored and developed hundreds of managers and leaders, building high-retention, high-performance teams.
